Steps

1
Done

In an 8 quart stock pot, boil the fettuccine noodles in 4 quarts of water until the noodles are tender.

Drain the noodles in a colander (strainer) and set aside for now.

2
Done

On a cutting board, cut the chicken in cubes or strips (whatever you like).

In the 5 quart pot, on medium-high heat, melt the butter then add the chicken, garlic, and seasoning blend. Stirring often, cook until the chicken can be cut with a spoon or fork easily.

3
Done

In the same pot, with the chicken still in it, reduce the heat to medium then add the cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese has melted.

Add the heavy cream and stir to combine all ingredients.

Season the sauce with the salt, black pepper, parmesan cheese, onion and garlic powders. Stir to combine. Cook for 10 minutes.

Serve the sauce over the fettuccine. You can also sprinkle the finished dish with more parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
