Grilled Peanut Butter, Jelly and Banana Sandwich Recipe

Steps

Heat griddle to 325 degrees.

On a cutting board, slice the banana into 16-20 slices. You will want 4-5 slices of banana for each sandwich.

Drop 1 Tbsp of butter onto the hot griddle. Using a spatula, move the melted butter around so that you can easily fit 4 slices of bread on the butter.

Lay 4 slices of bread on the griddle over the melted butter.

Using a tablespoon, gently spread grape jelly onto the bread that you’ve placed on the griddle.

Place 4-5 slices of banana on top of the jelly.

Hold one of the 4 remaining slices of bread in your hand and use a butter knife to spread 1 Tbsp of peanut butter on it. Then lay the slice of bread, peanut butter side down, over the bananas.

Using a spatula, lift two of the sandwiches and place them on top of the other two sandwiches on the griddle.

Drop a 1/2 Tbsp of butter on the griddle.

Using the spatula, spread the melting butter around then lay the sandwich you moved upside down to grill the new side.

Repeat steps 8 & 9 to grill the other two sandwiches.

Grill for about 2 minutes on the new side.

Remove all 4 sandwiches from the griddle and serve immediately. Enjoy!
