Steps

1
Done

Heat griddle to 325 degrees.

2
Done

If the English muffins aren’t already sliced, lay them on a cutting board and cut them in half at the center of the muffin.

3
Done

On a cutting board slice the apple into 6 slices.

Next, using a bubble straw (aka fat straw), a small round cookie cutter, or knife, remove the core from the apple slices.

If using a bubble straw (aka fat straw) or small round cookie cutter, press down directly onto the center to remove the core.

If using a knife, cut around the core to remove it.

4
Done

Place the butter onto the griddle and allow it to melt. It won't take but a few seconds for the butter to melt.

5
Done

Place all the muffin slices (tops and bottoms) on the griddle.

6
Done

Sprinkle cheese on all muffin slices.

7
Done

Lay one or more (up to you) slices of turkey over the cheese.

Now, place 1 slice of apple on the 6 bottom sides of the muffins.

8
Done

Using a spatula, lift the tops of the muffins and flip them onto the the muffins you placed the apples on.

Remove the muffins from the griddle and serve immediately with the simple ketchup and mayo dipping sauce found with this recipe.

Enjoy!

Storage: You can refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container and reheat them in the microwave, but they are best eaten as soon as cooked.

9
Done

Dipping Sauce

In a small bowl, stir together 3 Tbsp of ketchup and 3 Tbsp of mayo until smooth and creamy.
