Empty the bag of white chocolate chips into the glass measuring cup. |

Add the coconut oil to the chocolate chips. Coconut oil helps thin the chocolate so it's easier to pour. |

Microwave for 30 seconds. If not all of the chips have melted, keep stirring as the heat from the cup and already melted chocolate will melt the remaining chips. |

Place the brownie bites on a plate or tray. |

Dip one end of a marshmallow into the melted chocolate. Place the chocolate end onto the brownie bite. Repeat for all of the marshmallows and brownie bites. |

Pour the melted chocolate, in a circular motion, over the marshmallows. Some of the chocolate will pour over the edge of the brownie bites. |

Allow the chocolate to set for about 10 minutes. Place 1-2 eyeballs on the marshmallow. |

Place the plate or tray in the freezer for about 5 minutes to set the chocolate. Enjoy! |
