Place the Twinkies on a plate then put them in the freezer for about 25-30 minutes. |

Empty the bag of white chocolate baking chips into your Pyrex glass bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds The chips should be fully melted after the third microwaving. If there are on a couple chips not melted, stir until they do. |

Add the coconut oil to the chocolate and stir until combined. |

Place your baking sheet on the counter. Add a sheet of wax paper on the bottom, then set the rack on top of the paper. |

Remove the Twinkies from the freezer. Place one at a time in the melted chocolate. To coat it, you can use a tablespoon or roll it around in the chocolate. |

Use a fork to lift the Twinkie out of the chocolate. Gently tap the edge of the bowl to remove the excess chocolate. Set the Twinkie on the rack. Repeat step 4 until you've coated all of your Twinkies. |

While the chocolate is still wet, place 2 candy eyeballs on each Twinkie. |

Using a fork, drizzle the melted chocolate in all directions over the Twinkies. Just try not to cover the eyes. |

Leave the mummies on the rack to set (harden) for about 4-5 minutes. |

When the chocolate has set, slide a knife or spatula between the mummy and rack. And, you're done! |
