Steps

1
Done

Place the Twinkies on a plate then put them in the freezer for about 25-30 minutes.

2
Done

Empty the bag of white chocolate baking chips into your Pyrex glass bowl.

Microwave for 30 seconds
Stir.
Microwave 30 more seconds.
Stir again.
Microwave for a final 30 seconds.
Stir again.

The chips should be fully melted after the third microwaving. If there are on a couple chips not melted, stir until they do.

3
Done

Add the coconut oil to the chocolate and stir until combined.

4
Done

Place your baking sheet on the counter. Add a sheet of wax paper on the bottom, then set the rack on top of the paper.

5
Done

Remove the Twinkies from the freezer. Place one at a time in the melted chocolate.

To coat it, you can use a tablespoon or roll it around in the chocolate.

6
Done

Use a fork to lift the Twinkie out of the chocolate. Gently tap the edge of the bowl to remove the excess chocolate. Set the Twinkie on the rack.

Repeat step 4 until you've coated all of your Twinkies.

7
Done

While the chocolate is still wet, place 2 candy eyeballs on each Twinkie.

8
Done

Using a fork, drizzle the melted chocolate in all directions over the Twinkies. Just try not to cover the eyes.

9
Done

Leave the mummies on the rack to set (harden) for about 4-5 minutes.

10
Done

When the chocolate has set, slide a knife or spatula between the mummy and rack.

And, you're done!
