Lightly spray your sheet pan with non-stick vegetable cooking spray. Spraying the pan will reduce the chance of the bagels and cheese sticking to the pan making clean up easier. And, if you're in the market for great sheet pans that won't break your budget, go to your nearest Sam's Club and look for the Member's Mark sheet pans. I purchased a set of 2 for $10 plus tax. |

Bake for 10-12 minutes if you like a softer crust or 15 minutes-18 mins for a crispy crust. The time to bake also depends on your oven's temperature, so it's a good idea to check the pizzas before the time is up. When baked to your liking, remove the pan from the oven and allow the pizzas to sit for about 3 minutes to cool enough to eat. Enjoy! Any leftovers? Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days. If you want to freeze some, allow the pizzas to cool completely then wrap with plastic wrap, place the wrapped pizzas in a large ziplock freezer bag and put them in the freezer for up to 1 month. |
