This is a super easy Santa hat pancake! My kiddos loved helping make and eat them. The beautiful fresh strawberries add that vibrant red color and are delicious and nutritious! Plus, it’s a cute way to get your little ones to eat more fresh fruit.

Heat your griddle to 300 degrees. |

Slice The StrawberriesWash and pat dry your strawberries. Slice them in halves and set them aside. |

The BatterWhip up your favorite, from scratch or box, pancake batter. |

Pour your batter into a squeeze bottle. |

Draw The Hat!Lightly spray your griddle with cooking spray. Using your batter-filled squeeze bottle, draw the outline of a santa hat, let it cook slightly, then fill it in. Cook until the bubbles begin forming all over the pancake then carefully flip it over and cook it for 2-3 minutes. |

Add some color!Starting from the top of the hat but below the pom pom area, begin placing your cut strawberries in rows until you've covered the hat. Next, using the can of whipped cream, decorate the white pom pom and trim at the bottom of the hat. Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy! |
