14 ounces Artichoke Hearts
8 ounces Cream Cheese
8 ounces Sour Cream
1/2 cup Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup, diced Onion
1 stick Butter

On a cutting board, use a sharp knife to dice up the onions.

On the same cutting board, cut up the artichoke hearts.

Add the diced onions and butter to your 5-quart pot. Set the heat to high to saute the onions in the butter.

Stir it around so the onions don't burn.

You'll know the onions are ready when they look clear.

Lower the heat to medium high. Add the frozen spinach and the artichoke pieces to the pot with the onions and butter. Stir to combine all together.

Add the cream cheese to the pot and stir it into the other ingredients until all of the cream cheese has melted.

Add the sour cream, cheddar and mozzarella to the pot and stir the mixture together.

And you're done! Serve this dip warm or cold, either way it's super yummy!!!!
