Taco Wonton Cups Recipe

Cheesy, seasoned beef baked in a crunchy wonton cup, topped with shredded cheese, lettuce, salsa, sour cream and guacamole. These are sure to be a hit at your next event!

Steps

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

Spray your muffin pan with vegetable cooking spray then place one wonton wrapper in each muffin cup.
Bake the empty wontons for 5 minutes.

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, taco seasoning, salt and sugar on medium-high for 7-10 minutes.

Drain the beef in a strainer/colander to get rid any excess fat.

Pour the beef back into the skillet, add the queso cheese dip then stir it into the beef.

Use a tablespoon to fill each wonton cup with the beef and cheese mixture.

Sprinkle the Mexican cheese blend over the beef.

Bake for 4-5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

Top with shredded cheese, lettuce, salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Enjoy!
